Workplace Needs Assessment

How much does a workplace needs assessment cost? "The employer's fee for the assessment is £500. Additionally, there will be extra expenses for assistive software and equipment, which will differ based on the employee's specific requirements." Why Workplace Needs Assessments are important To receive the workplace adjustments, employees require help to minimise barriers to their job role and become as efficient, successful, and confident as possible. To understand what resources are available to them employers and managers must make the most effective changes for neurodivergent and disabled staff.

It also helps businesses understand what reasonable adjustments can be implemented and how to best serve their employee(s). The Workplace Needs Assessment is customised to each individuals need.

Workplace Needs Assessments are also required for businesses to meet their legal obligations to employees with disabilities, such as long-term health problems, mental health problems, neurodiverse, sensory difficulties, and physical impairments (Equality Act 2010).
